Industrial-Grade Equipment for the Ultimate Performance and Reliability
We locate our servers at IPOWERWEB because of their top-notch Network Operations Center, equipment, and
multiple backbone connections to the Internet. You will benefit with 99.8% uptime; exceptionally fast, stable connectivity; and live,
round-the-clock monitoring by on-site network technicians.
The Facility
The Internet Data Centers are strategically located on AT&T’s, Global Crossing and Cable & Wireless' OC48 / OC192 Global IP backbones.
These locations, together with the extensive public and private peering arrangements, are designed to maximize your Internet reach,
bandwidth capacity and to optimize performance. To ensure your data’s security, the facilities are staffed 24 hours a day with on-site guards
and equipped with both interior and exterior closed circuit television.
N.O.C (Network Operations Center)
The NOCs are staffed on a 24/7 basis by skilled network technicians and analysts, who continuously monitor the data
center network infrastructure for any signs of problems. Automated features as well as customized options help network managers to
predict - and often, resolve - problems before they arise.
Datacenter
They offer an array of equipment options, network utilities and software packages that are readily available for fast
and easy deployment. Their servers are managed by Systems Administrators, who maintain operating systems, software and hardware
for approved servers. Their staff is trained to manage hot swappable devices, supplementary equipment and upgrades with remarkable speed.
Backup Generator
To ensure that all servers, monitoring equipment, and infrastructure are fully protected during a power failure, their Internet
Data Centers are equipped with redundant dual AC and DC power feeds with multiple backup systems.
Fire Suppression System
AT&T Internet Data Centers are equipped with fully redundant fire detection and suppression systems. These include the
VESDA advanced fire detection system — 100 times more sensitive than conventional fire detection systems, an additional cross-zoned fire detection system,
and either the ozone-safe Inergen "clean agent" fire suppression system, or pre-action (dry type) sprinkler systems.
Climate Control
You can rest assured knowing that rapid-response disaster preparedness and recovery measures are in place. In addition, redundant
cooling, heating and humidity controls keep servers in an optimum operating environment.
